The first house is a 17th century beautiful Cotswold stone farm house set in 90 acres of hill land with picturesque views, comprising of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms - it sleeps up to 14. In the house, there is a dining room, sitting room, kitchen and play room, outside a tennis court, fishing lake, games room with a pool table . The 2nd is an old Cotswold Stone Barn converted to beautiful holiday cottage, with huge 30-foot kitchen / dining / sitting room with open pine beams, which give a feeling of space and light. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, to accommodate 8 people. There is a separate barn especially designed for parties. It is a fantastic space with a bar, fridge, coffee machine and a sink. A 42 inch plasma (discreetly hidden behind antique louvered doors) with surround sound. Enjoy background music, a dvd or dance the night away.
