At one level everything that we do is about team building. The opportunity to spend time with your colleagues or clients, in and out of an office environment is all about strengthening what you already have. OK so doing it in Monte Carlo or one of the 100 or so other top European destinations that we cover might not be such a bind after all!
In most cases we have a minimum of 6 people that must attend and a minimum spend of £1000 but before you think that means you can't afford some brilliant team building that minimum spend is for the whole trip and not just the activity.

Why use Brilliant Weekends?
We find that most corporate weekends include an element of team building and its not all raft building either (but we can do that too!) team building is about finding solutions and getting people to behave in new and positive ways so when they get back to work they put it into practice. We can organise straightforward multi activity sessions to fully themed days of adventure and problem solving.
What is team building? Well it could be as simple as weekend away from the office staying in a fabulous hotel and doing a number of fun activities, a bit more than a celebration or getaway but by no means a formal training experience.

- Sailing weekends, one of the ultimate team sports, everyone has a role to play is getting to the finish first in your own mini regatta
- Bang your axe! Playing in a rock band from dressing up to cutting a CD and everyone gets an instrument and plays a part
- Cook up a storm, working together to make a delicious meal from scratch then enjoy the fruits of your labour!
- Swing from the trees! Well the high ropes, test your nerves with the big leap
- Build a catapult and see who can fire an egg the furthest
- Art! Amaze yourselves as you lean the power of your logo in bringing everyone together
- Assault course challenge, are you made of the right stuff?
- Chinese whispers, just how well do you communicate with each other?
- Murder Mystery, yes it was the sales director with the lead pipe in the library! We do this in a Stately Home.
